Welcome to Nat's Home Bakery — a little corner of comfort baked fresh from my kitchen in Paris.

I'm Nat, an Austrian living in Paris with a deep love for baking. There's something about the indulgence of a proper cinnamon roll or a New York-style bagel that feels like a warm hug — and honestly, when I couldn't find them here, I started making them myself.

Every order is made from scratch, with real ingredients and a lot of care. No preservatives, no shortcuts — just honest home baking the way it should be.

Nat's is also a little bit about community. If you're an expat missing a taste of home, a Parisian curious about American baking, or simply someone who loves good food — you're in the right place. I'd love for this to be more than a bakery; I want it to feel like a neighbour's kitchen you can always count on.

Pre-orders open weekly, and the menu rotates — including a weekly special that changes with the season and my mood. The best way to never miss it is to follow along on Instagram, where I announce each week's drop before orders open.
